Office Staff
Mandy, Office Manager
Mandy has been a member of our team for several years and is a wonderful communicator. She takes all patient calls and is responsible for scheduling, recall, and filing claims for insurance benefits. Mandy loves the genuine interaction with our patients, especially when she’s helping them fit their appointments conveniently into busy schedules. Originally from Dallas, Mandy is a graduate of Clemson University and still actively follows Clemson football. When she isn’t helping our patients in the office, she enjoys concerts, activities with her friends, and taking care of her adorable yellow Lab.
Danielle, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Danielle earned her master’s degree in Dental Hygiene at the University of Michigan and has many years of experience in the field of dentistry. She taught Clinical Dental Hygiene at the college level of several years before joining our practice over a decago ago. Danielle loves working with our patients to help them improve their oral health and their home hygiene routines. She loves sports events and is very knowledgeable about the NFL; in fact, she actively participates in a Fantasy Football League. Danielle also enjoys movies and theater, and she’s our expert on any entertainment trivia.
Kristen, Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
Kristen is originally from Chicago, Illinois and currently lives in Dallas with her husband. She has a grown daughter that also resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She LOVES animals and has a rescue dog as well as 5 rescue cats. She enjoys travelling, sports, movies and going hunting and camping. Kristen has been a dental hygienist for over 20 years. She tries to make the patients feel at ease during heir appointments and gives home care instructions for long term dental health. She enjoys working alongside Dr. Jones to give the best possible dental care to each and every patient.
Karen, Dental Assistant
Karen re-joins our team as Dr. Jones chairside Dental Assistant. She has many years experience working alongside Dr. Jones giving excellent care to our patients.
Karen and her husband now live in Frisco having raised two lovely daughters. They are now enjoying their grandchildren and spending time traveling together.
Peggy, Insurance Manager
Peggy is a Certified Dental Assistant who was lucky enough to be one of Dr. Jones first Dental Assistants! After many years in dentistry she has returned to focus on helping our patients get the most out of their dental benefits and reducing out-of-pocket expenses as much as possible. She is a proud Native Texan who enjoys exploring the state and soaking up the history. Peggy is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan and loves reading, gardening, sewing, and traveling with her husband.
