Meet Dr. Jones
Dr. Jones attended Texas Tech University on both academic and athletic scholarships and played on the Varsity tennis team. He was president of the Freshman class at Texas Tech, president of his social fraternity, served on the Student Senate, and was a member of the Saddle Tramps Spirit organization. He graduated from Texas Tech with a BA in Chemistry and was accepted to the University of Texas Dental School in Houston. While in dental school, he worked for four years part time in the pathology lab at Methodist Hospital.
He met his future wife who was a microbiologist at M.D. Anderson Hospital while he was in dental school. They have a loving marriage and two adult children.
He is an active member of the Dallas Safari Club (past-president), the Dallas Ecological Foundation (for youth outdoor education), and a forty year member of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary Club.
Dr. Jones is a Life Member of the Texas Dental Association and the American Dental Association. He is a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Being in both of these prestigious colleges is a very high honor in Dentistry. He has also been nominated as one of the most outstanding alumni in the state by the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston.
He has served the Dallas County Dental Society in many capacities, including Secretary-Treasurer, Board of Directors, Chairman of Continuing Education Committee, Chairman of Banking Committee, Chairman of Legislative Committee, Chairman of Emergency Services Committee, Chairman of Awards Committee, and a member of the Peer Review Committee. He is a founding member and Past-President of the Texas Academy of Dental Practice Administration and is also Past-President of the Greater Dallas Dental Research Group. Dr. Jones has been named by his peers as one of Dallas' Best Dentists in the D-Magazine survey all seven times that it has been conducted (2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2014). He is one of only four general dentists to have received this recognition and honor in every survey. Dr. Jones and his experienced office staff provide quality dental services in a caring environment with an emphasis on excellent ethical treatment. He treats each patient with dignity, respect, and honesty and welcomes new patients to his practice.

He is a fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists, as well as past president of both the Texas Academy of Dental Practice Administration and the Greater Dallas Dental Research Group. He served the Dallas County Dental Society as secretary-treasurer, chairman of continuing education, chairman of emergency services, chairman of DENPAC, and on the peer review committee. His affiliations include Dallas Safari Club (past president), Dallas Ecological Foundation, and Carrollton-Farmers Branch Rotary.
